ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Naza, a yoga teacher, surfer, and lifelong lover of movement.

Born in Uruguay, I grew up immersed in martial arts, which shaped my passion for discipline and physical challenges. I’ve been a nomad since I was 19 years old, exploring the world and finding inspiration in every corner.

In 2004, I discovered Ashtanga Yoga, a practice I stayed devoted to for seven years. In 2011, I traveled to India for my first teacher training and later moved to Bali, where I completed Vinyasa training and began teaching at studios across the island.

During my time in Bali, I co-created Inspiro Yoga with my partner. Together, we blend high-quality yoga, nourishing food, and breathtaking locations to craft transformative retreats and trainings around the globe.

I’m known for my love of arm balances, handstands, and inversions. My classes are strong, dynamic, and designed to challenge students in an accessible, supportive way. For over a decade, I’ve traveled the world, leading retreats and teacher trainings that help students find joy, confidence, and strength in their practice.

Off the mat, I’m happiest by the ocean, whether I’m surfing or exploring new places. My life is guided by movement, curiosity, and a deep love for adventure.
