Nazareno Grisolia. Yoga Teacher Training Inspiro Yoga.

Hi, I’m Naza,

A yoga teacher, surfer, and lifelong lover of movement.

Born in Uruguay, I grew up immersed in martial arts, which shaped my passion for discipline and physical challenges.

I’ve been a nomad since I was 19 years old, exploring the world and finding inspiration in every corner.

In 2004, I discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa, a discipline that became my main practice of yoga for the next seven years.

In 2011, I completed my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India. Shortly thereafter, I moved to Bali, where I started teaching at one of the island’s most renowned yoga studios.

During the following years, living and teaching in Bali, I had the chance to deepen my practice with some of the most respected teachers of the time. I quickly developed my teaching skills and continued expanding my knowledge through additional trainings.

In 2013, while living on the island, I co-founded Inspiro Yoga together with my partner Lisa. Since then, we’ve led over 80 retreats worldwide and continue adding new destinations and programs to our yearly calendar. Alongside our retreats, we also host our own teacher immersions and trainings, helping yoga teachers refine their skills and grow in their teaching journey.

In addition to running my own trainings, I also guest teach at other teacher trainings and events, sharing my knowledge and experience with new and experienced teachers alike. I also offer masterclasses and workshops at yoga studios worldwide, bringing fresh inspiration and new perspectives to yoga communities.

As a big lover of play, you can expect a lot of that in my classes! I love to challenge students while keeping the experience lighthearted—removing the seriousness that can sometimes come with trying advanced poses.

I’d love to meet you—whether in a class, a retreat, or a training! If you’d like to get a feel for my teaching, you can try a free class with me!

Looking forward to practicing together!
